Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, product restocks, address verification, payment review, or unexpected supply chain delays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location, product availability, shipping carrier, and customs processing.
Typical estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 8–18 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 7–18 business days
- Europe: 8–20 business days
- Other international locations: 10–30 business days
Some products may ship faster if local warehouse inventory is available.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Tracking may take several days to update after the shipping label is created.
4. Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on inventory, warehouse location, or fulfillment availability.
You may receive more than one tracking number.
5. Shipping Delays

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at GirlCurlNirvana@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order has entered processing.
8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, not picked up, abandoned, or returned due to unpaid customs fees, incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, we are not responsible for the loss.
Refunds are not guaranteed for refused or unclaimed packages.
9. Lost Packages

After review, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the tracking status and carrier information.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

- Photos of the damaged packaging
- Photos or video of the damaged item
- A description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
11. Remote Locations
Shipping to remote areas, islands, military addresses, or certain international regions may take longer than normal.
Some regions may have higher risk of delay or loss. If we are unable to ship to your location, we may cancel and refund your order.
