Refund and Return Policy

We want every customer to have a clear and fair experience. Please read this policy before placing an order.

1. No Physical Returns

We do not accept physical returns unless our support team specifically approves one in writing.

For hygiene, safety, quality control, and fulfillment reasons, customers should not send products back to us or to the manufacturer without written approval.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Although we do not accept standard returns, we may offer a full or partial refund in approved cases.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
  • You provide clear photo or video proof
  • The request is submitted within the allowed time window
  • The order has not been abused, altered, damaged by misuse, or falsely reported
  • The issue is approved by our support team

Refunds are reviewed case by case. Depending on the situation, we may offer a full refund, partial refund, replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

3. Unopened Item Refund Requests

If your item is unopened and unused, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To request a refund, email GirlCurlNirvana@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Clear photos showing the item is unopened and unused
  • A short explanation of your request

Approved unopened-item refunds may be full or partial depending on the condition of the item, order details, shipping status, and any costs already incurred.

Shipping costs, shipping insurance, customs fees, taxes, and handling costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Opened or Used Items

Opened, used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, or tampered-with items are not eligible for a refund unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For health, hygiene, and quality reasons, we cannot refund items that have been used normally and are simply no longer wanted.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email GirlCurlNirvana@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or video of the item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • A description of the problem

If approved, we may offer a replacement, full refund, partial refund, or store credit.

We may deny claims if the item was damaged due to misuse, improper handling, normal wear and tear, or lack of required proof.

6. Lost Packages

If tracking shows that a package is lost or has had no meaningful tracking update for an extended period, contact us at GirlCurlNirvana@gmail.com.

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, or if tracking has not updated for 30 days, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.

7. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, your local post office, or the shipping carrier.

We are not automatically responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. However, we will review each case and may offer assistance at our discretion.

8. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, returned, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address.

Refunds are not guaranteed for address errors.

9. Customs, Duties, VAT, and Taxes

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, VAT, duties, taxes, import charges, or other government fees.

We are not responsible for delays, refusals, returns, or extra costs caused by customs or unpaid import charges.

If a package is refused or abandoned because customs fees were not paid, refunds are not guaranteed.

10. Buyer’s Remorse

Because we do not accept standard returns, refunds are not guaranteed for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, not liking the style, or no longer needing the product.

However, if the item is unopened and unused, you may submit a refund request under Section 3.

11. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

To request a cancellation, contact GirlCurlNirvana@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number.

Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or submitted to fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

12. Refund Timing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds usually take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

13. Abuse of Policy

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we believe there is fraud, abuse, false claims, repeated refund abuse, altered evidence, or misuse of our policies.
